Information about buying from Pepper
At Pepper, we want to make shopping for cookware and kitchenware as easy and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times. We are based in Sweden, where all orders are processed, packed, and shipped with care from our local warehouse. We currently ship throughout Sweden. If you are located in another European country and would like to place an order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, we’ll be happy to assist you and explore the available shipping options.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Responsible for payment
When you click “send order” in our checkout your purchase is finalized and you will have a payment responsibility for the specific order. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to have products selling out of stock, if your order is affected we will contact you by email immediately.
Payment in advance
You can choose to pay in advance before your order is delivered. We will send you an email confirmation with instructions on how to pay into our bank account. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your cleared payment. This will normally show in our account within 2-3 bank days. When the order is sent, you will receive an invoice for accounting purposes.
Payment by card
When paying by card, the total sum of your order will be reserved directly on your card upon the placement of your order. The amount will be withdrawn from your card within 7 days after placing the order. If you do not require your order to be debited before your order has been delivered, we kindly ask you to select another payment method.
Trustly
Together with Trustly Group AB (Org. no. 556754-8655), we offer direct bank payments where the payment is made directly from bank account to bank account via Trustly. Here you can read more about Trustly's terms and conditions.
Swish
Swish is a free mobile payment service. You pay for your purchase by logging into your Swish app and approving the purchase with Mobile BankID. You will immediately receive a payment confirmation and the money will be deducted from your connected account.
Klarna
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
PayNow: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit, your account will be debited approximately two business days after the purchase has been made or the goods have been shipped. A credit check will be carried out in order to issue a 30-day invoice if the direct debit does not go through.
PayLater: Payment is due 30 days after the goods are shipped. No invoice fee is added. A credit check is performed in order to issue a credit invoice.
PayOverTime: The amount is paid off in installments over an agreed period of time. A credit check is conducted so that a credit note can be issued.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped directly from our central warehouse in Sweden by DSV or DHL. If you make a purchase from us, it will be delivered to your home or to a collection point.

PLEASE NOTE! The delivery time may vary for different products and if the product is in stock, a delivery time of 2-5 days from receipt of order and approval of payment applies. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual due to public holidays.
Remember to check the goods when they arrive! Visible damage should be reported directly to the driver and hidden damage reported within 7 days after receiving the shipment. Please always receive the goods yourself, so that they are not waiting for a long time without being checked. We can do nothing to remedy shipping damage filed later than 7 days.
Change of delivery address For any adjustment/change of delivery address, we charge a fee of 99 SEK.

If you do not receive or collect your package within 14 days, a fee for unclaimed packages will be charged. The fee is 200 SEK for all products.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
When purchasing products from us, you always have the right to change your mind within 14 days. In simple terms, this means that you have the option to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods do not need to be returned to us within the 14 days, but you must notify us within 14 days.
This is done most easily by sending an email to us at info@peppercookware.com with your order/invoice number. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The repayment of your paid sum (in full, including shipping & handling fee) will be returned to you as soon as possible.

We will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible. The legal requirement is 30 days from the date we receive the goods, but we will of course, do this faster as standard.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please feel free to contact us in advance to find out the return shipping costs for your specific item. In order to receive a full refund of the order value when exercising your right of withdrawal, the item must be in essentially unchanged condition. If the item has been used, a deduction for depreciation will be made, which is the decrease in value that the item can be deemed to have suffered during use. This reduction is mainly assessed on the basis of what the item can be sold for as second-hand. The original packaging must also be included. If this is no longer available, a deduction will be made and it is up to you, the customer, to arrange new packaging for the return of your item.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. We also refer to EU's online platform, which provides all consumers with access to out-of-court dispute resolution for disputes arising from cross-border e-commerce.

Lindström & Sondén AB collects user data in order to offer a good shopping experience. We collect data for three purposes:

We follow the market's best practices to ensure we protect your personal data in the best possible way. The main purpose is to prevent data from being lost, misused, altered or destroyed.

Our search results are based on relevance. Relevance depends on the data in the product titles, description and specifications in relation to the search text. The order in which products are presented is ranked according to how quickly our automated system identifies the product as relevant and is then sorted in descending order.
